Welcome to 2011

Happy New Year, friends! I've heard that whatever you are doing on January 1st is what you will be doing all year.  I can handle that! The day started out kind of lazy for us which isn't the norm as much as I would LOVE for it to be. I prepared a really tasty lunch if I do say so myself......ham, collard greens and black eyed peas!  Paw Paw brought over some yummy butter beans full of ham, cornbread and a sampling of brownies.  Thanks Paw Paw, it was delicious! The rest of the day was spent at Big Mama's with Todd's family (minus Aunt Toni and Uncle Dillion; actually are young and still have real New Year's Eve plans so they were with friends at the lake).
