Turns out that 2nd grade isn't so bad after all. Our teacher, Ms. Jacobs, is really sweet and very likable. There are lots of kids in the class that Emily knows and who would have thought but sitting at a table with 3 boys isn't that bad either! So maybe we're off to a good year after all!
Oh and because I forgot to mention it yesterday I am so proud of myself. To all of you technically savvy folks this will seem stupid but because I am challenged I think it's a BIG deal! The picture of Emily that I posted yesterday morning was taken with my phone. I then emailed it to myself so that I could add it to the blog! Pretty impressive, huh? Thank you, thank you very much. You know today is the anniversary of Elvis' death. Where were you in 1977? I was only 3 1/2 but I sure do remember my momma and my Aunt Julia being upset over Elvis dying!
